All your orders are packed and shipped from our facility situated in Karachi. Your package stays in our facility for 2 days which later are assigned to our logistic partners where they are sorted and are sent to relevant stations for deliveries.

SHIPPING SYSTEM
We at Audionic understands it’s very difficult to wait for to use your favorite Audionic product and to minimize this time we use some of the best services offered by leading logistic providers.
1) DETAINED SERVICE
Detained service is used on orders having weight above 2.0 KG. By using this service your package will be delivered to you within 48-72 working hour (This estimate does not include holidays, weekends and 2 days processing time)
2) OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Detained Overnight service is used on orders having weight under 2.0 KG. By using this service your package will be delivered to you within 24-48 working hour (This estimate does not include holidays, weekends and 2 days processing time)
Note: Delivery can take longer due to political and weather conditions or may be unworkable in the Out of Service Areas.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customer can easily keep track of their order status by simply entering the tracking number in our ‘Track Your Order’ box. The tracking number would be texted to the customer shortly after the package is ready for dispatch.
SHIPMENT CHECKING
We do not recommend our customers to check their shipment at delivery time as all our products are electronic gadgets and sometimes you need to refer to usual manual to get the gadget running. This whole process takes lot time and delivery personnel have to meet tough delivery schedule (All items delivered are covered under our policy)
